Lifestyle Guru Martha Stewart Admits Mistake Over Homeless-Themed Halloween Costume

Renowned lifestyle expert Martha Stewart has publicly admitted that she ‘really screwed up’ regarding a controversial Halloween costume choice that sparked widespread discussion online. The veteran media personality faced backlash after sharing an image on social media that featured her wearing distressed, torn clothing and artificial dirt smudged on her face, portraying a homeless person for the spooky holiday. Recognizing the insensitive nature of the imagery, Stewart swiftly removed the photograph from her platforms. The incident quickly drew criticism from followers and social media users who pointed out the tone-deaf nature of trivializing homelessness as a costume theme for entertainment. Despite her immense popularity and decades of building a lifestyle empire, this misstep serves as another reminder of the high scrutiny public figures face regarding social awareness and digital content curation.
